Q: What payment methods do you accept?

We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, NetBanking, and wallets in India (via Razorpay). For international orders, we accept PayPal and major credit cards.

Q: What currency will I be charged in?

All orders within India are charged in INR. International orders are processed in USD/EUR (via PayPal).

Q: Can I cancel my order?

Yes, within 24 hours of placing it. After that, your order may already be in processing.

 

📦 Shipping & Delivery

Q: Do you ship across India?

Yes! We ship pan-India. Standard delivery takes 5–7 business days, and Express delivery 2–4 business days.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to the US, Europe, and select countries. Delivery usually takes 7–14 business days.

Q: How much is shipping?

• India: Standard ₹79, Express ₹149. Free shipping above ₹2,000.

• International: $12 tracked. Free shipping above $50.

 

Q: How do I track my order?

Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. It may take 24 hours to update.

Q: What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted within 7 days if the item is unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

Q: What if my toy arrives damaged?

Please email care@luddles.store within 48 hours with photos. We’ll replace or refund your item.

Q: Who pays for return shipping?

If the product is defective or incorrect, we cover it. If you changed your mind, shipping is at your cost.

Yes! All toys meet ASTM (US), EN71 (EU), and BIS (India) safety standards.

Most toys are designed for ages 3+, unless otherwise stated. Always supervise children during play.

Yes, many of our toys are crafted from sustainable wood with child-safe finishes.
