PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
UNITED STATES
Free standard shipping on all US orders — no minimum spend required.
Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days
Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.
EUROPE
Free standard shipping on all European orders — no minimum spend required.
Estimated delivery: 7–14 business days
Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.
REST OF WORLD
International shipping is available. Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.
Estimated delivery: 10–21 business days
Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping fees.
TRACKING
All orders are fully tracked. Your tracking number will be included in your shipping confirmation email. You can track your order at any time via the carrier's website or by visiting luddles.store/track.
LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at hello@luddles.store. We will investigate with the carrier and, where applicable, issue a replacement or full refund.
