REFUND POLICY

We want you to love every Luddles product. If something isn't right, we're here to make it right.
30-DAY RETURNS
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- In their original, unused condition
- In original packaging (where applicable)
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number)
HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
Email us at hello@luddles.store with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at hello@luddles.store within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs of the damage. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice. You do not need to return damaged items.
WRONG ITEM RECEIVED
If you received the wrong product, contact us immediately at hello@luddles.store. We will arrange collection and send the correct item at no additional cost.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
- Gift cards
- Items returned after 30 days
- Items showing signs of use or damage caused by the customer
